Look no further than our Italian wood-fired oven!

Our Italian oven has a 48" hearth. This is the largest oven to be placed on a trailer or in a truck. We can cook 4-5 12-inch standard-size Neapolitan pizzas at once. The pizzas are in the oven for a maximum of 90 seconds.

We'll customize a menu for you and your guests, using only the highest-quality ingredients.

We use the finest authentic Italian products, including imported non-GMO flour, Italian cheeses, meats, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh local produce when available. 

A great pizza cannot be made with ordinary ingredients.

We do not participate in markets, festivals or fairs. We dedicate all our energy to making your event our sole priority.

Pizza catering starts at just $695 for up to 25 guests, with an additional $18-$22 per guest depending on your pizza choices.

We're now booking for 2024 with groups of up to 80 people. With flexible time frames, larger groups can be accommodated.

We offer one 12-inch-size pizza served buffet-style. There is no limit on quantity. We always bring plenty for you and your guests to enjoy.

Please note that we do not offer a gluten-free option at this time.

We'll provide the appropriate staff members to ensure your service runs smoothly. Additional $1 per kilometre travel charges apply for events 5km from downtown Ottawa.

A deposit of $200 + HST is required to secure your date.
