Are you seeking the ideal way to unite your group for a high-quality, one-of-a-kind catering event?

Look no further than our Italian wood-fired oven!

Our Italian oven has a 48" hearth. It is the largest oven that can be placed on a trailer or truck. We can cook 5-6 12-inch standard-size Neapolitan pizzas at once. The pizzas are in the oven for a maximum of 90 seconds.

We'll customize a menu for you and your guests, using only the highest-quality ingredients.

We use only the finest, authentic Italian products, including imported Italian non-GMO flour, Italian cheeses, meats, San Marzano tomatoes, and fresh, local produce when available. 

A great pizza cannot be made with ordinary ingredients.

Pizza catering starts at just $749 for your first 25 guests and $18 - $21 per person depending on which pizzas you choose to enjoy.

​We offer one 12-inch-size pizza served buffet-style. The quantity is unlimited,  we bring plenty for you and your guests to enjoy.

Late-night service is not available.

​

We'll provide the appropriate staff members to ensure your service runs smoothly. Additional $1 per kilometre travel charges apply for events outside 5km from downtown Ottawa.

A deposit of $250 + HST is required to secure your date.
